Pay CNO 8.5 million a year. Bump Saban to 12 a year.
I've watched Alabama basketball since the 80s. This is our guy.

Feel the same. Dominate in mid January and end up a bubble team by the end of February.

This ain’t a tease, baws! Oats just fricking destroyed the top 7 teams in the conference and I mean curb stomped the shite out of them. We are currently #6 in Haslametrics, #10 in KenPom, and a #3 seed in Lunardi’s bracketology. We need to lock Oats up NOW! There’s already a group of UK fans that want to run Cal and hire Oats.

Yeah, I am fully expecting a collapse this weekend against State. And to lose the rest of the schedule. Let’s hope we can go even down the stretch.

I could absolutely see State dragging us down into a slow paced, messy street fight and frustrating the shite out of us to the point that we get away from what we do well. Mizzou as well.

I said this last night. Best team play, drastically different game, but best coached team play since Wimp.
Heard this AM it is best Bama conference start since 86-87, longest winning streak in 18 years, and of course, setting the 3 pt conference record is cool.
I don't like making long term decisions while living in the moment, but there is such a drastic change in style of play, mindset, and team mentality. It is coaching along those lines that lead to nights like last night.
Need to capitalize on this. Lock Oats up. His game will attract better players. And, INVEST in Bama BB facilities to have a first class arena.
No reason Bama BB can't return to a high standard and be a regular sweet 16 team.

I keep seeing people say this, but Boeheim doesn't like Oats and Boeheim is going to be able to essentially tell Syracuse who to hire. All of his assistants are guys who used to play for him. He's going to go to bat for them and insist that one of them take over when he retires.
