At this stage shouldn't we think one of the must criterias for OC hires should include a commitment to stayalong with technical and recruiting excellence?

No because that just limits our pool and for next year's offense I want the best possible coordinator for those player's.

I choose the best possible and winning next year. Saban will walk out the door one way or the other when he is ready to. Priority needs to be fielding the best staff and team every year.

Saban faced Butch's offenses at Tenn. He's knows Butch has no idea how to coach offense.

Nobody seems to be talking about him. Would definitely like to see him as an on field coach. Not sure about the OC part.
