We somehow get a rematch with Auburn in the first round of the playoffs.

We keep everything the same during media viewing. Same plays, same positions. Same everything. The minute the media leaves, throw Tua in at QB and Hurts at WR. Jonah Williams at RT and Leatherwood at left.

Go into the Auburn game and Tua starts. They have no film on Tua. They spent their entire practice weeks planning for a QB who only comes in as a change of pace.

Alabama beats the shite out of Auburn.

I know this won’t happen, but it’s nice to think about

I thought you were going to say Jalen goes to the coaches and ask to change positions. Tua then takes over as QB and carves up the AU secondary like a thanksgiving Turkey.

I like it, except

quote:

Hurts at WR

Why? Just to be nice to him? We have a lot of very good WR's.

Honestly, I'd feel a lot better about next year if we went ahead trotted Tua out for whatever bowl we end up in - playoff or not. Maybe he still isn't ready, but he's had a full season. I'd like to see what he can do.

I'm also pulling for the rematch. I think crushing them in the title game would be pretty cool. If it ends up being a semi-final game it'd be in the Rose Bowl, which would also be pretty cool.

I'm not sure why everyone keeps saying Jalen to WR or RB. Based on the fact that he is strong as shite and fast I think we should put him at LB.

He could play some sort of H-back role. Block, get a couple carries, catch a pass or two, and maybe a trick play here and there. Also, use him for goal line packages if needed or something.

My ideal scenario is:

1) TCU beats OU and we get the 4th spot.

2) OSU beats Wisc and OSU gets the 3rd spot.

3) CU beats Miami and takes the 1st spot.

4) UGA beats AU(they stay home) and gets the 2nd spot.

5) We beat CU in the semis

6) We beat OSU in the CG

Order has now returned to the world.

Agree with everything except Hurts at receiver.

Would make too much sense. Will never happen.

I would certainly be fine with that scenerio, but I want Auburn. I want us to beat the hell out of Auburn. I want Bama to do to Auburn what we did to LSU in that championship rematch. don't care if it's the semis or final.
They played the best game they've played in a long time, we played our worst in the Iron Bowl. I want this team to get revenge.

. The trick plays would be legendary. He’d probably look better than most WRs at throwing downfield

It's really not that far-fetched if we would just make up our damn mind who we want to be on offense. If we decide to be the offense on the 1st drive of the 3rd quarter, we would beat that arse.
