We just beat the #16 team on the road and people are calling for our OC to be replaced even though our offense won us the game.

What the frick is wrong with you people?

It wasn't the #16 team, it was Mississippi State. We were playing the uniforms, and didn't respect the hearts of the coach and players we were up against. They probably are the #16 team. Especailly lately.

MSU has historically given us some tough games.....don't know why people are melting over this win.

We need to have the REC reschedule our bye week for after LSU.

We beat the #17 team on the road in Starkville 31-6 the last time we played over there. Some of y’all refuse to accept we’re a very flawed football team.

I'm not worried. I'm not scared of Auburn. Roll Tide.

And you refuse to accept that flawed football teams sometimes do win it all. Guess what Clemson did the second weekend of November last year? They lost to Pitt.

That was a flawed football team too that lost to Ole Miss and almost lost to Tennessee.

So, hopefully we figure things out like that one did.

My problem is how our defense was manhandled. That almost never happens. Yeah people throw it on us and may break a big gainer or two but we were pushed around all night. I understand the injuries at LB but I thought our DL played like shite for most of the night.

I agree that Alabama is flawed but to expect a blowout loss to Auburn is retarded.

Not as much flawed as injured. Look at how many drives are extended now due to 3rd and short. We aren't stopping the runs the same with all the missing LBs

They had Deshaun Watson. We do not

There are no dominant teams this season. A close loss to a top 20 team would've been far from the most surprising result so far this season from a national perspective. Everyone in the top 7 or so is pretty comparable overall and we have as good a chance at a title as anyone.

I do hope we avoid OU if we make the playoff though. I want no part of Mayfield.

We aren’t going to get blown out. That hasn’t happened since Fran. We will get whipped though if we play like that in two weeks. It won’t be a close game on the field. Every poster on this board knows it. Put the Alabama football team in Lee County at 2:30 today and they’re toting a whipping back to Tuscaloosa. I’m not guaranteeing or even predicting a loss. If we play like we did tonight though I would bet my life we’ll lose over there.

Call me a pussy if you like. I've hated what we've seen from our defense this season. The injuries are one thing; it's another to see the team get flat out beat and pushed around on d.

I'm not saying we aren't flawed. Every team has flaws, but we have less than most.

You know I respect your opinion. The two of us catch extreme amounts of hell on the Saints board due to our Alabama fandom.

Tonight was a tough game against a good opponent on the road who plays very well at home.

Hell, they beat LSU by 30 in Starkville earlier this year.

Our boys weathered the storm and pulled out the win. Was it a championship performance? No. Did it need to be? Absolutely not.
