Congratulations to minkah. Kinda funny though as he probably should've won last year with some tremendous numbers. This year he wins without having very good numbers. Guess these awards really are a name thing.

His value goes beyond stats ...Happy for him because offenses avoided him all year. Pleasantly surprised because other than Henry winning Everything 2 years ago our guys usually get screwed

Happy for Fitz, first Bama player under Saban to win the Thorpe. I hope he wins the Lott Trophy Sunday.

Minkah could be the best player under Saban. Dominate since Day 1. Can play multiple positions at elite level. Understands the game. Going to miss him.

It's been fun to watch this young man play. I'll enjoy him on Sundays.
