Likes of skip Bayless trying to get people to fight over tua and Jalen. and I get he’s trolling but man this is gonna be annoying throughout the year. Already got bama fans that want to fight about it. Now the media? Sheesh. Can’t we just like both of them?

I quit watching anything outside of games years ago and don't regret it.
It's the same script over and over, they just change teams and/or names.
And even then I can't avoid it all because they do it in the game. They were talking about how Jalen had to adapt to this entire new offense and here I was thinking - Oklahoma running a lot of what Alabama was running with Jalen.
They all literally don't know shite and I'm pretty sure they don't give a frick either as long as people tune in.

Someone was saying on the MSB yesterday evening how Skip Bayless trashed Jalen Hurts when he was the starter here at Alabama. Now that he's at OU, Skip is treating Jalen like the Second Coming.
If that is true, then Skip is a bigger hack than I thought he was.

There are certain people in the media that should never be allowed to come anywhere near the Alabama program. Bayless is one of those people. He's scum.

That's fine - the love for Jalen is pretty damn strong and universal. Outside of a few randoms on Twitter they'll not find much traction looking for large chunks of anti-Jalen bammers.

I expected it. It will only get worse if Hurts puts up good numbers, and in that no defense conference, it's a good bet he will.

I love Jalen, but I’m already tired of the media hype train. He plays in a terrible conference in an offense that’s built for stats. It’s going to get exhausting to listen to.

Oklahoma isn't making it to a CFPNC game with that defense. Houston scored 31. Georgia will score 60.

Jalen was still playing with 7 minutes left in the 4th Q. I didn't see how much longer he played, as I was flipping to the OU game during commercial breaks of the Bama vs Duke replay.
Just to be clear: (1) I love Jalen, best wishes to him. (2) I honestly do not care who gets the Hypesman (QB stats) Trophy.
