Well.. I'm impressed. If not for Tua s pick we only give up 6. We did have some PI's and some big runs but we also made some plays.

I’m not gonna lie even though our stats look nice I didn’t like a lot of what I saw In this one. Pass rush at the end was great but too many times they won the LOS. And UT with Guarantano is beyond awful. He’s probably the worst qb we will face all year. Shane Lee is hard to watch. Mayden and carter can’t cover. Surtain panics and grabs on every deep ball. Feel like the only guys I can trust are McKinney, Lewis, Diggs, and sometimes barmore. I do like what I see from dale and harris sometimes though

I do wish we'd play more zone against certain teams but that's just not Coach Saban's way, so I'll have to deal with it LOL.

I am hoping we get Ray back to help rush the passer by the LSU game, having 33 and 24 on the edge, Ray and Barmore inside along with big 99 would make me think we might be able to get some heat on Burrow.

We are good, but not great.

The amount of inexperience in the interior 7 is obvious at times, but so is their talent.

We will NOT win on the backs of our D this year; that rests on the offense. They just need to get enough stops to keep the O from falling in to a hole.

Looking towards the future, though, I am very optimistic. All this experience for the young players will play dividends next year and the next.

This defense is very average (at best).

Meh, Vols had a potato at QB and we got s big break on the fumble on the goal. This defense struggled like they have all year. I mean, Mayden was the highlight of our secondary tonight. Burrow will big dick this D unless our DL turns into 2011 Bama.

Tennessee has one player, Jennings, worth a shite.
Alabama's defense will get gashed against a stout offense.

Yeah we definitely suck on defense. We haven’t consistently stopped a single SEC team on offense and that now includes Tennessee with their backup shite QB who lost to Georgia State

13-14 play drives to that hot garbage offense means, yes, our defense sucks. They can’t get off the field.

If they punch that in who knows what would’ve happened.
Not only did our defense suck, but Tennessee’s backup QB was about on par with Mac Jones. If Mac had to start this game it would’ve been a nail-biter.

It was stuffed. Shane Lee pushes a lineman back into The QB causing the fumble. We get that stop anyways

Yeah, had he ran the play called, they score. Different game. Got the kind of bend but don’t break feel right now.

i dont think the defense sucks. i think the dline/lb play of years past have spoiled bama fans. the nfl, injuries, youth, and missing the mark on a few recruiting signees have caught up to us. seems the defense is lacking the headhunters we all have admired in the past.

Shane Lee was there to make a helluva play but he didn’t cause that fumble. Guarantano barely touched that ball as the center just snapped it up and over the line.

Tennessee had 231 yards of offense tonight. It was their worst production of the entire season.

But yeah, the defense was terrible.
