I get the sarcasm, but I think it was his coach that “leaked” the video. Pretty sure Saban knew it before he “leaked” it. The players name is Enai White, and we are currently recruiting him.

Nothing bad about that. Imagine if Coach O or Kirby had their pitch filmed. It's be more about Alabama than their school.

Nothing bad in that video at all. Just telling it like it is.
I think Saban recruits mentalitity as much as talent in many cases.
He wants competitors that arent afraid to go against the best.

It’s not like his pitch is some big secret. Saban has had so many assistant coaches leave for various other positions, and they have all been there to see him in action with their own eyes. So I’m sure his recruiting pitch is already well known to everyone we recruit against.

I think his main approach that attracts the type of guys he wants is he treats them like adults to begin with.
He pitches them not only on football, but their education, career, etc. How to make them succesful after college and after football. Mature guys are going to flock to that more than someone that kisses their arse and throws them a bunch of BS.

Maybe...but the video itself is a great recruiting tool. Getting it out there only helps Alabama.
