Here is your chance to have some fun and make up a conversation transcript.
Mine:
Hurts' dad (HD): "Hi coach."
Coach Saban (CS): "Hi Tu... Averion."
HD: "Yeah, It's Averion."
CS: "Sorry, I'm tired."
HD: "So what did you think of the scrimmage situation?"
CS: "Tua was awesome! Did you see that? Wow!"
HD: "Uh... yeah. But what about "The Name"?"
CS: "It's pronounced Tounge -o-vye-lowa."
HD: No I mean Jalen.
CS: "I'm cool with it."
HD: "No. What did you think about his scrimmage performance?"
CS: "Didn't he have two TDs? Except one went to the other team."
HD: "You gonna hold that against him?"
CS: "Ummmm...."
HD: If you aren't going to start Jalen at number 1, then don't play him more than 4 games so that he can free agent for two more years as a grad transfer."
CS: "I can live with that."
HD: "Okay, 'Cause he's gonna be the biggest free agent ever."
CS:
"Okay. Well, I look forward to the continuing 'competition'"

I will never not be a Jalen fan and won't say anything negative about him.
With that being said, no way in hell I let my father talk to my football coach about playing time. I would have none of that.
