I’m with you Leftshark. I don’t understand why we can enjoy a 59-0 and a 66-3 Sec wins.

100 percent Hurts would start for UGA. He is outperforming Fromm in nearly every passing category, not to mention dwarfing his running ability. Don't let your bias cloud your judgement. That is just silly.

You're entitled to be "just saying'" all the asinine, incorrect opinions you can muster. It's a free-ish country.

I don't think hurts would've thrown that touchdown to devonta smith after avoiding the rush like tua did.

Jalen Hurts must confound the heck out of opposing teams. He never looks like he's running full speed but he busts up pursuit angles or beats guys to the corner.
I worried last year about him running so much. Despite his severe limitations last season, if he would have gotten injured we were falling off a cliff. This season, I don't have as much worry - but I do think Team Tua on here need to curb their enthusiasm.

There is nothing that Tua can do that Hurts cannot. Hurts can read the defense and make all the throws.

There was at least one of Tua's TD passes...and maybe two...that Hurts absolutely never would have thrown. He absolutely would have tucked it and run.

That’s how you throw pics... which #2 doesn’t do. I love the 50 point SEC wins!

This is a good thing. I don’t want QB to try to throw a ball like they are Brett Farve. Lets wins the game and be stupid in Clean-up duty with TUA.

I feel bad for starting the thread now. It wasn't supposed be a Tua over Jalen thread. I don't know how anybody could hope to see Hurts lose the job right now. Doesn't make good sense imo. Tua will have his time but until then Jalen will just keep destroying defenses. Mods, just lock the thread before anybody else bites the bullet.

No offense, but you seem to be undecided, sometimes day to day, as to which QB is better. That aside, and just out of curiosity, when do you think Tua's "time" will be? Do you think he'll continue to improve and start next year? Do you think he'll sit on the bench and wait till Hurts is gone? Do you think he will transfer to another team? What is Tua's time?

I am not undecided. Tua will win the job next spring and fall. I hate that Hurts isn't efficient passing the ball down field but I love the gameplan we have with the kid and he is excelling with it. Tua may be needed later this year but to say he should start over Jalen "right now" is just redundant.

Hurts is our starter and I love the guy but Tua has a much higher ceiling and is our future but right now this is Jalen's team.

Let's not be stupid when posting either...which is calling Tua's two TD passes against Vandy "stupid".
