Is UVA an option for an opener?

Rumor has it the ACC is going to a 10+1 schedule which means the SEC is likely to do the same. Since UGA and GT would fill each other’s one OOC game, that leaves UVA with an opening in week 1 since they were scheduled to play Georgia.

I’d much rather open up with UVA than BYU. Thoughts?

I think Bryce Perkins is gone and he was their Superman. Not sure how good they’ll be. Kinda tired of awful ACC teams as our opener

I was disappointed when Byrne dismissed the possibility of playing Notre Dame. If we play an ACC team, UNC might be a better opponent than UVA.

Not sure why the SEC has to follow this script in any manner or form. The difference in SOS is night and day.
