Growing on me. But have to see how he handles Florida in a few weeks. LSU and Arkansas won’t present a lot more than what we’ve seen the last few weeks.

We have played some average offenses but he is improving and the defense is definitely playing with confidence. One big improvement is tackling and these guys swarm to the ball.

With Saban on the sidelines......Yes.

Unfortunately for him This is the only game Saban won’t be on the sidelines

i dont understand where we rush the QB and leave the middle open..Bo got a lot of yards running in the first half that way and completed some plays later with no MLB or safety playing short middle

If bama shows notable improvenent against good teams, aka FL etc. Then i would be happy with keeping him.

The defense is loaded with blue chip talent and the young players are legit. There really is very little reason for them to stink.

At this point, he could shite silver and there would be complaints it wasn't gold.

Just keep doing what they're doing, it's working...

So Bama's defense has the same problems for 2 years running, but all of a sudden looks different, and it's due to Golding? Where was the change the last two seasons?

Player experience is a factor; however, usually, the most logical explanation is the correct one. Someone is getting some serious help in calling the defense now.

Maybe the guy is just getting better at doing his job.

As for knit-picking plays on which we gave up some yards, every team has those plays. Every team has busts. Most people would probably give a leg to have Kevin Steele, but we just hung 45 on his defense, and could have had more if k-Rob doesn't fumble.

Going this long without giving up a touch down is pretty impressive.

Tough to say. We did hold a decent Auburn team to 6 real-time points, though they did drop an easy td.

I think the jury’s still out. What I have noticed is more guys knowing their assignments, and anticipating plays, which is so good to see

A really big factor in today is our DL played wayyyyyyyyy better. Pressure on Nix most of the game.

Micah Moore
Tim Smith
Will Anderson

Give me hope for the future. And Harris is looking better by the game in the middle.

That's true. And we tackled well. Including Wright. We seemed well prepared for what Auburn was going to do and executed well.

I was very pleased with how the d-line held up against the run. I was also pleased with how we handled auburn's wide stuff.

Last year was an absolute MASH unit. Shane Lee was a starting linebacker for most of the season. He's recorded 1 tackle this year.

This is true

But this isn't the most logical explanation.
