I’m Glad Clemson Is Winning

I love the challenge. Don’t get me wrong, I love knowing we’re probably going to win most games we play during the season. But there’s something about the challenge Clemson gives that I enjoy. I can’t help but think of the movie “300” where the character says “a Spartan seeks that enemy that can give him a honorable death” (or something along those lines). Essentially the warrior wants someone who will give him a true challenge to see how good he really is. That’s Clemson. Same depth, same experience, basically same team. Who has more skill and more heart. How bad do you want it? Are you as good as you think are? Can you prove it? Clemson gives us that and I love it.

There is something to be said for having such competition
It should make us better. It should make the players and coaches put on notice that they cant just walk to a title.

So you don’t like a challenge? You don’t want to play a team that shows you how good your team is? Sorry but I like playing teams not named Citadel that will show me if we’re as good as we think.

If we need a challenge to keep going then this was good for us. I feel bad for Clemson though, because now they don't have a challenge
