uuummm....maybe we can put on offensive lineman back there since we have depth at that position?

From what I understand, Ben Davis has locked down the bottom of the OLB depth chart. I don't think he's been practicing inside for a long time, unless something changed recently.

McMillon or Benton. I'm guessing one of them is working primarily MIKE and one WILL. So it would depend on who they were filling in for.

Ben Davis was with ILBs in spring. Been with both but every practice report I read was ILB with Benton 2nd string

I actually think McMillon and Benton can be solid players. Just need to make sure they're coached up this fall, but they both have the size and ability to be solid there. Coaches are supposedly high on Benton, although he may be facing some sort of suspension to start the season, right? Ben Davis is 3rd team ILB and to me, he either has the light bulb come on this fall or he's heading towards "bust".

Heading there? When you are the number one rated, 5 star ILB in America and are still third string heading into your third year then you are a bust already. When we didn't see him last year with all the injuries we kind of knew he was shite. I don't know if it is motivation or that he ended up being too slow or he can't get the mental part down or what but I don't think we see him this year and if we do we may be in trouble.
