Stan White on Auburn losses is must listen radio.
"How about a turnover?"
"That has to be a penalty"

Nice

Highly recommend the app in general. You can get live Chris Stewart for Tide Basketball even when you're not in the area. Ill also listen to random team's homer broadcasts for various bowl games.

Yea I had no idea it existed. I generally end up rummaging through various radio station apps, tunein and all those to find games when they aren't on one of the Sirius channels. This is perfect.

LOL at Stan White begging for flags on that game-tying drive. What a puss.

I went back a few minutes more and wow, they whine about calls on nearly every play... Good Lord, I would hate that.

Stan White should have gone to LSU. Dude whines about refs more than anyone I've ever heard. Even by homer announcer standards he's ridiculous. Which is why listening to the pain in his voice is music to my ears.

Bramblett (RIP) used to be every bit as bad about it, too, which is what made listening to them during struggle moments so hilarious. Stan kind of has to drag Burcham into the penalty whining stuff most of the time now.

I mean we all love homer radio broadcasters, but hearing my guy whining about every call during every football game would make me irate mad. Just non-stop excuse making for why the bad thing happening isn't actually "our" fault for whatever reason. Basically Bryan Passink but on football.

I'm not a huge Eli Gold fan myself, but the man is a pro at his trade at least. The Auburn Radio network is a glorified high school football radio team, worse actually. I don't recall hearing this much whining about penalties or no-calls from the majority of high school radio broadcasts.

There is nothing better than hearing a dejected Stan White. Thank you sir. I will listen to this, anytime I am having a bad day.

I think this is actually more satisfying than the infamous Jack Crowe/Rob Pate broadcast of the 2014 Iron Bowl. Knowing that Stan White 100% threw a temper tantrum in the booth the minute they were off air is a great feeling.

Holy shite I forgot about that one - that was pure joy.

He, like the rest of the Auburn faithful, accepted the victory into his heart sometime in the 4th quarter. The despair as it was ripped out from his chest is evident and it's fvckin glorious.

You can listen to the Alabama broadcast, too.
SoGs suggested start matches at 6:30 or so on the Eli Gold version.

Never forget 2015

If it were up to Stan White, Auburn players would be allowed to hit Bama's QB 3 yards out of bounds. And AU's assistant coach should be able to curse out the referee for 5 minutes without getting penalized

They talked about that like it was hose job right up there with Colorado's 5th down

Wasn't that the year that one of their sites posted all the still frame pictures of Alabama "holds" too?
