Look, we all want to win every game, but acting like we are going to beat a team like Villanova is ridiculous.
The 21 years from 1972 (CM Newton's first good season) to 1992 (Wimp's last season), Alabama had twelve seasons with single digit losses. In the 26 years since, there have been exactly 2. Hell, most seasons lately we have double digit losses in conference alone. The past five years, we have averaged losing sixteen games per year.
We haven't been a team that can expect to compete nationally in a very long time. I hope CAJ can turn that around.
