Other notes on this game - Robby Ashford appears to be really bad at football (based on this small sample size). Hoover managed 77 yards before the half, but led 21-14 due to 3 Hewitt turnovers (two pick sixes).

I was very wrong about Ashford.

Ashford broke his leg last week so I doubt he played in this game. His injury last week is what derailed Hoover against Thompson IMO.
