196.700 to 196.400
Continues dominance over the boogs.
But Alabama is nowhere near Super Six capable.

Glad we won. We still need a change

We’re just a good program now, no longer elite. That’s the chance you take when you follow a legend. Dana’s got to go. Time to try and get the magic back.

I kinda think that Patterson would come back

Me too, she isn't that old.

guys she retired due to health. I think she had hip or knee replacement. It may have been both. She is ore of a PR type person at the university now. This was basically her hand picked successor. It will take a lot for her to recommend to our AD to fire her. I just don't see it happening

But there's no question the program is slipping. Dana may be her hand-picked successor but it's got to be killing her to see the program she built into a dynasty to rival Alabama football sinking back to an also ran. We were a fixture in the Super Six every year. We won't even make it this year AGAIN. This is the second year at least that we have missed the championship round in a sport Alabama has always been elite. Sarah has to look at the big picture; Dana isn't going to transform into super-coach now. Florida has passed us, so has LSU and Auburn looks like a freight train in the rear view mirror. It's time to do something.

I agree I just stated why I don't think it will happen

With Basketball taking nearly all the fanbases' negative energy right now, Dana has a 99% chance of getting a year 6 and attempting the turn around with year 2 of her new staff. (something Jay Clark at UGA never got before being fired and then moving to LSU and turning them into a powerhouse).
I kind of knew this year would be rough though, Alabama lost two elite 9.9 threat gymnasts before the year began. Peyton Ernst and Bailie Key. With them healthy, it's a completely different team. Alas and alack

apparently Bama beat AU in Bham yesterday and score in the low 197's. First time all year. High 197 and low 198 is what you will need to win the natty this year. Sadly we may not even make the final 6

We didn’t. No Super Six this year.

Since all of you can see into the future, can I get the next lotto jackpot winning numbers?

We'd have to hope for a miracle On switch to be flipped at this point. But it has happened before.
Georgia 2005. The Gym Dogs lost a lot of meets that year and came into nationals as the 12th seed. They performed outstanding at SECs and won, and most people thought it was a fluke. Then they kept on scoring high, culminating in WINNING the national championship that year.

ladies scored a 197.250 and still lost by almost a full point to OU. second meet in a row we scored over 197 but probably going to take a 198 to win the natty this year. UCLA and OU are probably the favorites. LSU probably the highest ranked SEC team

She had both knees replaced and she is fine now. Dana might have been her hand picked successor, but you can bet she doesn't like the direction of the program.

I imagine she does not like the program but I doubt she is coming back. She may help our AD hire the next person though. Did one of her former assistants head to AU and has made them competitive
