If we go up 21-0 or 28-0 early, do we continue to pull Tua and let Hurts get a couple of series in? Hopefully Tua stays so he can stay in rhythm and keep the machine rolling.

I don’t think Tua comes out of any games moving forward until the game is in hand.

Hopefully so. The offense is full throttle with Tua out there.

The real question is if it’s a close game after 4 series and we’re up, say, 21-14 (or 18-14 after missed XPs), do we put Jalen in for his “turn” or does Tua stay out there. I’m not convinced either way.

Is anyone else concerned? or am I not watching the same games; but seems the Oline is not in sync. Lots of Arkie Staters in Tua's face early and later Damien was shut out by the Arkie State DLine. I realize that the red wolves aren't supposed to be the push over others were playing on Saturday, but while the score indicated we rolled right over them I saw Oline/protection areas to be concerned about... am I wrong

Why are we discussing this. We need to worry about what the team has to do against Ole miss...

No
We need to stop worrying about this. Jalen hasn't played a single snap without at least a 3 TD lead. He's the backup QB and he played really damn well yesterday minus one effort mistake. We're lucky to have the guy.

This is one aspect and question of what the team may or may not do. If you don’t want to discuss, then go away.

That is NOT the real question

The answer is no.

I got blasted and told that my opinion is worthless for expressing this opinion in the week 2 observations thread yesterday

Establish the run game
Eat clock and drive their Def in the ground
Offensive drives lasting 6 to 8mins
Make their arse quit

OUr scores in the first half came so quickly vs Ark light that our D was on the field longer then our O. I have not seen the TOP for the total game though.

Why do I need to worry? I'm not suiting up or coaching. I'm not even on the support staff.

Not worried. Ole Miss will score on us but their defense is awful, so I expect Tua to pick them apart.

Bama 52
Ole Miss 34

The strange thing was Saban put him back in yesterday when Alabama was up 40-7 in the 3rd. Then I think he put Jalen back in after that.
