Weak arm, didn't want, bad mechanics, etc... just kidding btw

We better win a championship in like golf or some spring sport. Jesus I need some happiness right now.

Just take a step back from the ledge and consider:

We won the SEC with a guy recruited as 'athlete' at QB and followed that season up by winning the natty with a QB who couldn't beat out that athlete for the job.

On my list of Alabama sports concerns, a class of 2017 QB decommit is currently sitting at position #11,682.

With Barnett and Hurts we are set at QB for at least 4 years. Fromm is a GA kid, and Kirby is going to recruit that state very well. We will sign another stud and be fine. Bama isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Too bad, but I wish him well (as long as he's not playing us)...he's a great QB and a great kid as well. I live just a couple of miles from where he goes to school and he can really sling it...thought this might happen when Kirby took the UGA job...

The state of GA is stacked at QB this year

Fromm, Mills, Hockman, and Bishop. Heard Hockman is a sparkplug though

Yeah, heard Hockman was originally down to Alabama and UGA, initially choosing UGA...but then he backed off after Richt was let go. That being said, haven't heard him mentioned in connection to Bama at all since then...and he's made numerous visits to various schools...not sure where he stands now...

Hockman isn't very good. He regressed as a Junior.

Davis Mills is a stud though. I hope we go after him.

I'd let Hockman go to UNC if I were y'all. He's apparently quite entitled and not much of a team guy. We backed off of him for this reason.

Y'all would be foolish to not go hard after Bentley and Mills.

Root for gymnastics, every year they've won at least an SEC or National Title since the arrival of Saban have been a year Alabama Football, won at least an SEC or National Title. I think I've posted this correlation before.

Fromm is the best of these hands down.. Hockman is another Tyler Queen in my mind.. someone that should have went anywhere else but the SEC. Fromm can make any throw you want and plays in one of the tougher regions in the state. Met him in the playoffs and trying to prepare for him was impossible for a high school secondary.. We asked a coach who had bet them previously that year how to stop him and he said you better have 4 D1 guys in the secondary, and thats the gods honest truth.

Meh.

We're loaded at QB right now. He's another log in the jam if he ends up here next year.

I'm interested in the comp. Queen is a stocky 240lb DT QB that hasn't been able to compete due to an elbow surgery resulting from baseball.

Hockman is a lanky 190lb pro style QB with a cannon and attitude issues. Their game couldn't be much different
