I know every time we've played in the sugar bowl under Saban we've wore Crimson. I'm a younger fan so I don't recall them wearing white in any sugar bowl before then. I do watch a lot of old games on YouTube though and can't recall one there either. Maybe I'm blanking but have we wore white in the sugar bowl? If so I'm guessing the 70's.

Alabama is about tradition with its uniforms, but wearings something from is past to me would be awesome...I saw a cool phote of Jalen in one and it looks amazing.

I can tell you the Tide wore white in the 66 Sugar Bowl beatdown of New-Braska ...I was there.

1st play The Snake hit Ray Perkins with a 50 yard bomb. The Huskers were never in the game.

Actually, upon further consideration, I would rather the white unis and the red helmet like im '67. The white helmets with red and white jerseys looks too much like Stanford IMO.

Is that '66 Sugar Bowl the game they were supposed to have started with an off-tackle dive play ?

Awesome pics man. Should be cool to finally wear white in the dome after so long. Might be key to reversing our woes there lately. Lol
