yea but a lot more can go wrong on a pass play than a run play, especially when the defense is packed into that small of an area. Darby up the middle didn't have several all-americans paving the way for him

We have an OL that has potentially 4 1st round picks on it. We only needed 6 yards in 4 plays.

I for one like to see us throw the ball around a little more when the run isnt there but they werent stopping either. There are times you need to be predictable and this was one . I think the 4th down call was a good idea if executed properly but we shouldnt have been in that situation. No way they stop 3 straight runs behind Jesse and our oline.

You throw. But, we didn't do that. We went away from our strength (we have the last 2 games). Running the ball. With our OL and running backs....we should be dictating the flow by what we do best.

We run and get positive yardage, what does the defense think we're doing next play?
Conversely, we set up to pass, get sacked and 2nd and 14, what does the defense think we're doing next play?

Whatever, its worth a try. If its 2nd and goal from the nine, at least you have more field to work with as far as passing goes.
