Alabama Athletics has had far more then its' share of untimely injuries IMO and we got hit hard last night at Rupp Arena. Oats lost a 6-11 kid before the season even started and had pre season and in season troubles last year.

In football we lose Jaylen Waddle and Landon Dickerson, which somehow Bama is able to overcome, and right in the middle of the biggest game of his life, in likely the best performance ever, we lose Devonta Smith to of all things a finger.

This has gone on for multiple years, multiple sports, and I think more that what would be the usual number. Call me superstitious or whatever, but I think someone in East Alabama or someplace has voodoo dolls sticking needles in them.

Time to burn some sage at the stadium, hire a priest or do SOMETHING, but this has got to end.

This has been the fewest injuries I've seen in years. We stayed very healthy overall this year.

It happens. It sucks, but it's part of sports. Hopefully, the injuries aren't severe. But fluke accidents definitely occur

I feel like this football season was the best injury-wise we’ve had in a very long time.

we are in the middle of an unprecedented dynasty in college football. I don't feel jinxed.

The team depth wise was able to overcome those injuries, but we have had more than our share of them, and to impact players.

Does anyone think we beat LSU last year with a 100% Tua? I do.

We absolutely beat LSU with Tua and thrash Awbarn. We were the only team last year capable of beating LSU even with an injury riddled defense.

And this year’s D? Absolutely. Especially if we had the same tests against Ole Miss and UGA beforehand. We almost certainly would have beaten Auburn.
