He will be playing as LB.

I’ve heard others say TE with just as much confidence.

Sanders says he flipped his commitment because Oklahoma recruited him as a TE and Alabama recruited him as a LB. Maybe someone should tell him what others are saying.

It’s not often a player can be realistically capable of becoming an AA at numerous positions like Sanders is. He seems like the perfect LBer prospect in my opinion too but nonetheless he has the athleticism to play TE, Hb, Olb, Jack and of course lots depends on how he grows.

I might be in the minority, but I believe he'd be a better tight end than linebacker. He'll be successful wherever but I just think he'd be more successful at tight end

I don't necessarily disagree, but more so because I'm not a big fan of tall ILBs. If he's a SAM OLB maybe, but I don't think he has the moves or bend for a rush spot.
Alternatively, I like Arik Gilbert more as a DE than TE
But I'd rather have Gilbert or Washington at TE than not at all...

He will do well at either, but I hope he finds a position group early and it sticks.
Sometimes uber talented, pure athletes can get lost in the shuffle a bit bouncing around between position groups on both sides of the ball.

No! Don't tell him that. He'll just get mad.

Yes, I agree armytide. It seems he is all-in for LBer. I spoke with Rodney Orr about him and that’s his opinion too, Lber but still says TE is very much possible. But Sanders might put on 40-50 pounds over the next 4 years and be a DE. It’s gonna be great to see this class and the last two class develop because they are going to be filling vital positions of need and quickly too.
