I am beginning to wonder what he sees in Hurts. It seems to me that Hurts cannot won the NC. His skill set is limited. .

Saban acknowledges that QB play needs to get better, but I don't think he sees that Hurts has met his ceiling the way several of us do.

Jeez.

Hurts is better than just about every QB Saban has had here.

Hurts is without question the worst QB Saban has had here.

You're telling me that you would rank John Parker Wilson ahead of Jalen Hurts? If so....you're dumb.

JPW was on a bad team. He could at least throw the damn ball. And for your info I'm not dumb. I've probably seen more and been involved in more football than you. Don't know how old you are but you haven't gained much smarts in your years dumb arse.

Jpw was a gamer and had a good yr in 2008, good leader. That said he's not in the same universe as jh skill wise. Any opinion that differs from that is either blind or agenda driven

Yea, I'm not gonna rip on JPW. He played his arse off and got beat to hell and back for it. He was a serviceable QB.

Some of you on here continue to amaze me with your knowledge, or lack there of. I would like to know what you have seen in Hurts that makes you think he is a good QB. He has no clue how to read a defense. He can't throw the ball. When he does throw the receiver has to be wide open. Even then the receiver has to make a circus catch. There were guys open many times Saturday but he likes to run too much. He's plays more like a sunday afternoon back yard QB. Your lovefest with him is amazing.
