That's weird. Or, it would be if not for NFL franchises' LOVE for the whole coaching position musical chairs / vomit-and-spit-into-the-mouth-each-other thing. I wonder what QB coach/co-assistant to the co-OC/co-special teams coordinator in charge of short-field punting Miami will hire!
In all seriousness though, I know guys that can bring you a changed name placard with the same stagnant ideas are in high demand in the NFL - one of the franchises on that hunt needs to get serious about BOB ASAP.

Schmedding seems like such an underwhelming promotion, not that Mason lit the world on fire either. Christian Robinson was a good hire for LBs, I'll give them that.
Their DL coach search was downright bad, Karl Dunbar turned them down multiple times, Brentson Buckner said no, and Tray Scott also declined.
They ended up with the guy who Pruitt fired midgame a few seasons back, who fortunately for them is an "Auburn Man".

The Harsin thing could not have gotten off to a worse start for them.
- Collapsed down the stretch
- Underwhelming recruiting class that addressed zero needs
- Underwhelming transfer portal additions to date while losing tons of trench guys
- Coaching staff has turned almost completely into Boise Boys after 1 year
His entire tenure basically rests on magical improvement next year (unlikely) and the 2023 recruiting class, specifically OL.

The bren has had 12 or so transfer out... (another DL today) and have recruited 3 including 2 QBs the Bama beater from aTm and the former Hoover QB who hasn't gotten to play in 2 years .. no offense to any of the transfer in players... but there are so many needs
