Of interest, it says LSU will target BOB if they can't get Fisher and Harsin as a candidate at Washington.

If LSU hires Jimbo, or whiffs on Jimbo and hires BooB, they deserve all the 8 win seasons headed their way.

Agreed. It would be great for us.
If I were LSU, I'd probably hire Aranda over Jimbo regardless. I now we lost somehow at A&M but I feel Jimbo has always been overrated.

Jimbo and Riley never seriously considered going to LSU, just like Gruden never seriously considered going to Tennessee. It's almost closing time. LSU either already has their hire, or will end up with a skank sitting alone at the bar.

I think they will go with Aranda but can't announce until after the Big 12 championship.

I never thought Aranda seemed like the kind of guy who wanted to be the head coach at LSU - or any big, SEC program. But you never know with that stuff.
His quote seems to confirm that - he's a unique dude who is comfortable with that and likes where he is.

True. But technically he didn’t say he was staying at OU, he said he was not going to LSU IIRC

The fact we haven't heard much oN LSU Side seem to suggest they already have a coach in place, and I think it's BOB.

Never said he was staying. He said he wasn't going to LSU
