LINK ]Dax Hill Showing Off Official Scholarship Offers (GoPokes247-VIP)
quote:

...Today on his Twitter, Hill posted three scholarship offers. The trio that made it on his Twitter were Michigan, Alabama, and Oklahoma State...

...Hill recently named a final six consisting of Alabama, Clemson, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. He holds 26 reported offers overall.

...A trip to Alabama on June 15 is the only official visit he’s used thus far in his recruitment, but he’s taken unofficial visits to Oklahoma State (April 28), Alabama (April 21) and Michigan (March 17) over the past few months...

...Tulsa World sports columnist Bill Haisten said earlier this week on the radio that in speaking with Hill's father that the likely time frame for Daxton's decision would be in mid to late September after the [Sept 15] Michigan official visit...

I am just amazed how well he could paint like that stoned. He talked almost in slow motion but the brush moved like it was plugged in. Enjoyed it though

Announcing right after a visit to Michigan doesn't sound good for us. It would really suck to lose a top 10 recruit to what amounts to the Yankee version of Gus.

The brush strokes and his voice were always the real drug my friend.

That wouldn't be the best case scenerio for us but I wouldn't worry to much about it. Besides, if history is any indication, he is unlikely to keep to that timeline.

Nothing. I had emailed TideSaint an updated Top Targets list for him to copy and paste into the 2nd post itt. It was a minor update -- I moved Wandale Robinson to the top of the WR targets. He hadn't noticed the new email, so I alerted him with a post. I can't text him while he's in Korea.

LINK ]Five-star DB Dax Hill's parents talk Alabama, Michigan, more (BOL-VIP)
quote:

Dad: “I’ve always wanted him to be able to experience something outside of Oklahoma... We’d definitely feel comfortable. But again, of course, we’ve been there [UA] twice and we’ve been able to see it on an unofficial view and an official view. That gave us a more complete picture. I think moving forward going to the next visit that would also give us an opportunity to get a complete picture. For right now it would be hard to say which one we prefer. We felt like leaving there if he were to choose Alabama that he would be in good company and taken care of.”

Dax Hill and his parents just don't reveal much. Above and below is all that was said about UM.
quote:

“I think they’re in the high percentage bracket when you come down to choices for him,” Derrick Hill said of UA and UM when asked if they’ve separated themselves. “They’re high on the list and it does have some relevance and accuracy to it. A lot of the predictions people have out there are just predictions, they’re just hyperbole. Only he knows.”
ETA:
quote:

Q: So Hank, after talking to the parents you still feel about the same, better, or worse about your crystal ball? A: I feel the same. I think Bama has a slight edge, but nowhere near done. Q: Hank, do you think Dax wanted to commit “soon”er when he said it, but his parents are encouraging him to consider all options? Not saying they're pushing him towards Michigan, just seems like they’re pretty intelligent and want him to measure this out carefully. A: I do think that could be a possibility yes.

Never could I imagined a Nick Saban team would be desperate for linebacker recruits.

Jacob Hester had a Longhorn tat on his arm. Worked out well for LSU. Hell I wish everyone would get a tat of someone else if they turned out like him.

Iirc, one of ATM's staff had coached Christian Harris' brother, which had already created a well developed relationship with the family. That's a big factor for ATM, along with their weak ILB depth chart. Given that, it just doesn't make sense to me that Devonta Lee and Bama didnt manage to get Lee to work out at ILB at a Bama camp. Smh.

Are you making the assumption harris committed to a&m (arse to mouth) because alabama didn't want him?

Because i personally don't believe dean, toto or diabate commit to alabama and the only positive that really comes out of the OSU thing for us, is OSU is completely off the table for darnell wright. Which is a pretty positive outcome.
