Just saw your post Surge.. you dug in deeper than me. Maybe he did sign if they didn’t visit.. I would expect Michigan to release that news that he signed if Bama if he did. They aren’t trying to make friends with us and I feel like they would have exposed that.

I suppose there are several possibilities. Visits don't always get posted to 247's player timelines. And Michigan might be keeping quiet.

Or, maybe Keilan Robinson is simply doing what he initially said he would do -- sign with Bama on NSD during a ceremony with his teammates.

Thats what I feel is happening.. and I really have no doubts he will sign with us. He will be a weapon catching out of the back field early too.

You can't discount that 15 minutes of fame on NSD. Heck that is be biggest game Ben Davis every played in as of today.

We need to have our head all up Pickens arse and pull whatever strings need to be pulled for him to qualify.

I'm going to admit I am probably just holding on to this perspective on K-Rob just because I said it and want it to be true . With that being said why doesn't that article mention Quinten Johnson, the guy from St. John's HS Michigan actually has committed? My other questions is do coaches usually tell reporters straight out they are visiting a specific kid? I'm guessing they do but Saban always making a point to say he can't discuss recruits who haven't signed is throwing me off.

I can't deny Pickens talent and want him if he can qualify. I don't think we have had anyone like him in a while. I would just hope if he did come we would take advantage of part of his skill set (at least how I see it) of being able to "box out", high point balls and catch the ball in traffic. It seems like we have primarily focused on or been able to land mostly great route runners with elite speed. Not that I am mad about that.

Thanks. I've switched the 2nd post's link to today's post, also added Shepherd as a target, and emailed it to TS to post.

Tall dudes who can't hold a candle to our WR's in skill or speed?
I get wanting one of Ross or Pickens, but there is no reason to chase that type of wr, especially when it's risking wasting a spot on a guy who will not qualify.

Do you not remember what Ross did to us lol. Take a spot i dont give a damn. Look man with the way there is never no offensive pass interference throwing it up to a big man is the way to go.

nothing like one game overreactions. Ceedee lamb wasn't some gigantic wr, he just is experienced and knows how to be physical. You don't have to have super tall WR's to be successful and this love affair with Ross is more based upon him being from Alabama than anything based in reality.

One game overraction? Im not saying go after all tall players but when we have a difference maker from our backyard i would like us to have him over our rivals. The one thing all teams do against us is back shoulder throws and it seems that the bigger receivers do well with that.

I just heard Andrew Bone say on YouTube that Heimuli and To'oto'o might both be takes. Is this feasible?
