@AndrewJBone: Four-star WR Lawrence Cager tells me that he will likely take an official visit to #Alabama on January 16. @TideSports @RivalsFriedman

Weber committed to Ohio State. Everyone on Twitter seems to think Harris is going to Alabama since urban gave weber the green light.

He seems a little different than elam to me. Elam seemed like a home grown country kentucky guy. Harris comes off differently.

Gonna be tough to keep Hump off the field next year. I REALLY wish we'd do what LSU did in 2011 and use 4 Corners in Dime.

Base: Cyrus/EJ
Nickel: Cyrus/EJ/TB (put one at Star)
Dime: Cyrus/EJ/TB/MH (put one at Star, one at Money)

I know our defense is different and Money is a S/LB hybrid, but damnit that level of talent all needs to be on the field at the same time. We won't do it, but I guess that is why Saban is paid to make the decisions and I'm not.

My guess is OU with one of the home schools a potential dark horse.

I agree. I think Clark is made for the Money role. I also like Hootie at SS or Money.

Just what I'd like to see next year, doesn't mean it happens:

CB: Cyrus Jones
CB: Eddie Jackson
FS: Geno Smith*
SS: Hootie Jones
Star: Cyrus Jones OR Tony Brown (other players Corner)
Money: Marlon Humphrey OR Ronnie Clark

*- Geno looked bad against Mizzou. But he's our most experienced Safety.

I know Mo Smith has played some and the above setup leaves him without a role. I have no solution to that, he has played fine though. Also I know Jbriel Washington has played a bit. I don't know how many years of eligibility he has left, but I personally haven't seen anything out of him other than an impressive pick vs Florida (I think). Just my opinion, it means nothing.
