I think Williams is with the Lbs and I'd be surprised if Miller plays over Williams. 56 and 32 are already racing each other to the QB on some 3rd down packages.

It would be a crime to not have Miller play a lot over a two year span. Before Evans committed he was our go to reason why we don't need Evans. We already had this monster OLB pass rusher. He is like 220 pounds as well so he can't go DE. He had 24 sacks his senior year of high school with 188 tackles.

@JimmyDetail: BREAKING: Patterson WR Daylon Charlot tells Les Miles he's decommitting from #Alabama LINK

He said the quarterbacks are young, but are going to be really good. I feel a lot better about where they're at now."

Meh, get upset if it was Ridley

That's hilarious. Did he watch any of the games he attended? Lulz.
Oh well. Looks like we have that spot for Cager should he want to come.

How many spots do we have now?
We won't get them all, but every single one of the following should have a spot open if they do want it:
Payne
Harris
Cowart
Jefferson
Sheffield
Prince

Something tells me that the staff may want to add another receiver. Maybe Ryan Davis, KJ Hill, or Lawrence Cager?
I think we get Payne
Harris is a big question mark. Anytime we gain any momentum he visits UK again. Not sure if this is Elam part 2.
I think the Cowart ship has probably sailed unfortunately, as I don't see us getting him on campus again for an unofficial before his announcement January 2.
Jefferson was CB'd to OM by the Cincy mod while he was on his OV to Cincy. Seems like that is still a UF/OM battle with us on the outside looking in.
Sheffield looks to be headed to TAMU, but will the uncertainty at defensive coordinator shift him towards Alabama. Of the long shots, I am more inclined to think he may be headed this way than any of the other ones.
Prince seems to be leaning towards staying close to home unfortunately.
All that to say I don't know who the hell we land
ETA: Payne and Thomas I'd put at 80% certainty. What happens to the other spots remains to be seen.

Cager. Wish Godwin still gave us a chance.

Ryan Davis may be the WR we pull in Charlot's spot.
I just can't believe any WR would want to go to LSU given their shitty offense.
Good luck to him getting 25 yards a game for the next 4 years.

Ryan Davis is also on our radar. Kiffin visiting him Wednesday.

We made Deandre McNeal's top five, along with Texas, TAMU, Texas Tech, and UCLA.

I like Cager's size, but that 40 time.

Agreed. He's a bit slow.
I wonder if this may open up a scholarship for Jamarius Henderson.

This is a fun thread LINK
One of them pointed out that QB A has had one more game to play than QB B, but that isn't accurate because A was in a QB battle and gave up about one game worth of snaps (1/2 of one cupcake and 1/2 of the other).

Would like to post my research on the matter in that thread, but I'd get banned.
The average pass defenses they've played:
West Virginia: 64th
Florida Atlantic: 84th
Southern Miss: 79th
Florida: 23rd
Ole Miss: 16th
Arkansas: 56th
Texas A&M: 63rd
Tennessee: 29th
LSU: 4th
Mississippi State: 125th
Auburn: 85th
Missouri: 39th
Average Pass Defense faced: 55.5
TCU: 58th
UAB: 117th
Kent State: 27th
Auburn: 102nd
Georgia: 59th
Mississippi State: 22nd
Florida: 7th
Ole Miss: 36th
Alabama: 11th
Texas A&M: 97th
Arkansas: 73rd
Average Pass Defense faced: 55.3
Mett has a .2 edge.

I'd be fine with just getting one WR this class and stacking up next class. Unleash Robert Foster
Posted on 12/8/14 at 1:18 am to KareemAbdul
Yeah, if the one WR is Calvin Ridley, I don't think we really NEED another. It couldn't hurt for depth, but I think we've got a solid unit right now, even if we lose Coop/White/Jones.
Ridley/Foster/Stewart/Black/Sims
That is some serious talent. None are really proven (though Stewart/Black/Sims have some experience), but if we keep Kiffin I think they all put up solid numbers next year.

I'm never going to get used this sort of thing here.
Bama: "We just lost a 4 star receiver? Oh, great, that frees up some room for somebody better. Life is good!
"
Vandy: "We just lost a 4 star receiver? Oh, great, he was the highest rated recruit in our history. We'd already awarded him permanent a 4.0 GPA just for committing. FML.
