So I’m assuming this means Saivion faked that injury. He can leave for all I care if that’s true

I think it just means he’s considering leaving school early.

I thought he had 1st degree burns from the friction of Clemson's receivers blowing by him.

IF that's true, I doubt he has much of an option to stay

I doubt he faked the injury, he has always had an attitude problem though and might have the staff showing him the door.

If you google certain search terms and bounce around the interwebs looking for opinions on Smith's injury, there's certainly a noticeable contingent of people saying he faked it.

I'm obviously not stating that as fact, but it's certainly weird.

He fell on the ground after getting beat on a pass and catch, and looked like he was in severe pain. Laid on the ground forever. Then all of a sudden he’s completely fine and walking around THE SAME GAME.

The way he was acting I thought he had ruptured his Achilles.

I don't think he faked an injury but I said a day or two ago that we might not see him again. He took under-performing to a new low and our secondary recruiting this class and last class has been really good. So, the staff may have let him know he can stay if he likes but playing time will likely not be available for him.

Jobe looked like he could do well with more reps.

Jobe looked really good in his limited reps, I feel good about the future of the secondary.

Done.

I'm not trying to pile onto Saivion but he reminds me of a safety Saban had at LSU named Adrian Mayes. Man, this cat was a special teams monster, had size and ran track for LSU so speed wasn't a question. But, he could never get on the right page as far as the playbook. He's the reason Ryan Clark and Jack Hunt started.
