Can't believe it's already over. Tua's Alabama career.

Didn't see nowhere near enough of him in 2017 as he watched most of the games from the sideline.

He was so dominant in 2018 coupled with Jalen Hurts earning a large chunk of playing time that he hardly saw the fourth quarter and very little of the third in lots of games.

This year he missed a chunk of time to injury and was still hobbled in our season's biggest game and now that's it. The Tua era has come and gone like a thief in the night.

As a selfish and somewhat entitled fan I feel a little cheated. I really enjoyed watching him play the game. It absolutely sucks more for him but I feel a little empty right now. I am glad I was fortunate enough to have watched him play and I hope this is just a temporary setback on his way to greatness in the NFL.

Seems like just last Saturday I was in Nashville watching him light it the hell up in mop up duty and telling my wife and buddies that this is the future. Time flies when you get old.

It sucks. We may never see another qb in our lifetime with his talent at Alabama.

Should have played a lot more in 17, especially in the 2nd half of that year.

His injury sucks. Especially for him. But we might actually have a QB who's as talented as Tua next season. He's signing in Dec and enrolling in Jan.

5-star QB Bryce Young 5-11/183 CA hudl

Tua's instincts and abilities are probably the best comparison that can be made to describe Young.

I hope it’s true. I believe Bryce young will be great as well. Tua level great? Time will tell. That’s a lot to put on a prospect not on campus yet. Hope he lives up to the hype!

If we could have seen a full season with him totally healthy, along with a team not decimated by injuries, it would have been magical.

It’s hitting me now that the Tua era is over.

He absolutely should’ve won the Heisman last year.

He's a great young man and I am thankful to have seen him play at Alabama.

He's in good spirits

Only caveat,he is lighter and frailer than Tua. Hope he has better injury luck.

Who downvoted this? Whoever you are, you really think Kyler Murray deserved it over Tua??

Selfishly I feel robbed that we only got to see his greatness fully healthy for 12 games(5 in 2018, 7 this year). And never got to see what he could have done in a Big game fully healthy(except for the 2nd half vs UGA) I hope he fully recovers and tears shite up in the NFL

I've been watching games since 1966.
I was 8 years old when I became a
Bama fan. We've had some good ones
Play QB. Stabler was my favorite until
AJ came along. Through all those years
I've never enjoyed watching any of them
As much as Tua. That says a lot. His
Passes are a thing of Beauty with deadly accuracy. Truly a generational QB. I'll damn sure miss
It unless we're fortunate enough to have him play his senior year.
