You’re that old and still find a way to hate on a 19 year old kid every chance you get. Damn it’s getting more pathetic every post.

And what 40 year old says that? Are you real?

ehh. Pretty good one.

Since this is a topic about the players that may return from injury, though, I'm not going to discuss anymore Huddie history and certainly not going to discuss Jalen or Tua. We have the two dorks to thank for steering this thread in those directions.

As for injuries, it's encouraging to know that at least one or two may play.

If it wasn't for the corndogs, we'd have the most dysfunctional fanbase on this forum

Insider on BOL says 100% on Miller, 100% on Lewis, and 75% on Wilson. Fwiw of course

That would be incredible, but it sounds too good to be true.

I'll contribute AU's major injury report

Only 2 Key Contributors At Risk

LB Tre Williams- Expected to play through injury that will have off-season surgery. Won't be 100%

DB Jeremiah Dinson- concussion protocol. 50/50 on IB ready

That would be great but you really have to doubt that info. I personally think Miller is a go and Lewis would be great but I would rather have Wilson than Lewis.

I'm still being told well 3 will be available to play.

My opinion would be a snap count of course

I would rather have a pass rusher than a MLB. We have 3 sufficient MLBs for 2 spots. We have 1 legitimate pass rusher (Jennings).

Since we won't line up in Base defense for one single snap against auburn, Sam won't see the field. And so, even if Miller and Lewis play, they'll only come in on passing downs anyway (with the obvious exception that one of them is probably also the backup Jack). Neither would be needed for more than 20 or so plays.

Mack Wilson is still a role player even if he's 100%. If he had been healthy, he might be starting over Moses right now - but given the time and game planning he's missed, he can't supplant Moses now.

In short, I don't think any of the 3 will be required to play a role where their plays would need to be counted.

Miller gives us another pass rusher and we like to rush Evans some on third down. Without Mack that gives us Evans, Moses and Holcombe on the inside. Holcombe is a liability and Moses is raw even though he looked great against Mercer. Lewis would be great but if am choosing (if I could only have one) I take an experienced Wilson on the inside to help tackle Johnson.

I agree I was just saying they likely won't be over used and as you said for the other two, used in obvious passing downs. Either way it's nice to have some options.

What's nice to have is a bad@ss pass rush.
