That's what I'm being told, I'm having a hard time with it myself just passing it on

odds that Wilson actually plays?

No idea on Wilson I'd say 75% on Lewis but I believe each would be on a snap count.

So after you made the thread I sent a text out on Wilson, came back as good to go for AU. I actually thought he meant to say Lewis but he said nope, Wilson.

And yes please remove Cotton, I'm not sure what dirt he has.
For the first few series this Saturday on offense, there will be a run blitz.
It will be a heavy run blitz.
It will target one specific area of the line.
Can you guess as to which gaps that blitz will go?
There was a defensive coordinator in east Alabama eating a lot of popcorn over the past two weeks watching the run blocking of some member(s) of Alabama's offensive line.

I want this to be true, but I can’t bring myself to believe it.
Unless they haveone of those stargate rejuvenation machines in the sideline tent.

That would be an amazingly fast recovery from a broken foot

3 week recovery on an injury that is usually a 4-6 week injury

Saban stays on the cutting edge medical technology, stem cell & nanotechnology in medicine. Gotta get them young men ready for the playoffs.

Do we know what bone in the foot he broke? Do we know the severity of the break? Was this a aggravation of a previous injury, or a new injury?
I would be surprised if he played before the SECCG should we make it there, but I don't know enough about his injury to fully rule it out. Maybe you do.

I was looking at the 2016 Iron bowl and notice how well all the wide stuff worked on AU defense.
Those jet sweeps and wide runs worked all day.
Then we it them second half out the gate with heavy BO running left side of o-line.
AU is big inside but even against ULM they did not pursue wide field side very well.
AU's defense as a whole was much more talented last year.
Also pruitt has faced AU last year and also when he was at UGA.So he knows what to expect..!

I was told by the strength coach of another NCAA program that Bama has access to medical equipment and tech that shortens recovery time for most injuries by a couple weeks.
Not sure what the equipment is, but he told me Minkah would be fine with some rest and rehab when he injured his hammy.

I'm going off the average for an injury of his nature. I don't expect him to play this week but wouldn't be shocked. I honestly don't expect him to play next week if we make it there.

Nice to see, but not sure how I feel putting a true freshman out there in the IB vs that Auburn DL

I feel you but it wouldn't be the first true freshman to play there against Auburn. I was honestly a bit surprised that he didn't win the RT job this year. Thing is that I think he has practiced LT most of the year. The kid is physically imposing and from his camp performance last year he was a punishing run blocker. I think he was the third highest rated recruit from last class behind Najee and Moses. I would welcome some shuffling on the line.

Minkah Fitzpatrick on his health: 'I'm good'
quote:
There were probably some Alabama fans left concerned when Nick Saban framed it like he did on Saturday.
In talking about Minkah Fitzpatrick's status for this week, Saban said simply that Fitzpatrick will "hopefully" be able to practice this week and play against Auburn on Saturday.
No need for Crimson Tide fans to stress, though.
The Tide's star defensive back is set to return to practice Monday. And though Saban said earlier Monday that Fitzpatrick is "day-to-day," Fitzpatrick said later of his health, "I'm good."
"Coach said I'm day-to-day, but I'm 100 percent now," Fitzpatrick said.
Sitting out Saturday's game against Mercer helped, though, as Fitzpatrick was able to rest the hamstring he injured during Alabama's win over LSU Nov. 4.
"It's definitely good for the rest of my body, for sure," Fitzpatrick said. "This whole season has been a bruiser. So just getting that break for the rest of my body definitely helped."
It was also good for another reason.
Knowing that he wasn't going to play, Fitzpatrick got a head start on prepping for Auburn.
Rather than having to prepare for Mercer, Fitzpatrick said he instead was able to spend time breaking down Auburn game tape.
"Everybody's excited," Fitzpatrick said. "This week of practice is usually a really good week of practice because everybody's flying around, trying to have fun and getting ready to play."
