That is interesting about Milliner. I always thought it was injuries that derailed his career.

Injuries is part of the equation too.

Do I want to work so hard to recover from this injury to keep playing football when I've already made millions?

How many of us would go back to our back breaking job if we made some millions and got hurt?

Odds to be drafted in 1st Round per Bovada

No Betting Line (Because they certainly will go 1st Round)
Mac
Devonta
Waddle
Surtain

Najee Harris: -300 (If you bet $300 that he goes in the 1st and you are right, you make $100)

Christian Barmore: -300

Alex Leatherwood: -110 (Bet $110, win $100. Basically even)

Landon Dickerson: EVEN

Can you imagine if we pulled off 7 or 8 guys in the 1st round?

Never too early for a 2022 Mock Draft:

Sporting News 2022

3. Jaguars - Evan Neal
12. Giants - Christian Harris
23. Chargers - John Metchie
25. Ravens - Jordan Battle
31. Chiefs - Josh Jobe

I think Chris Allen is a guy that could play himself into a late first round pick. Day 2 if not. Edge guys are always in high demand and he's developed into a really good player with good athleticism and size. Led the SEC in TFL last year and could have double digit sacks this year.

Allen and Billingsley are the other two guys to watch.

I don't see 5-6 first rounders next year, though. Maybe 3-4.

Billingsley should stay another year after this; Allen can certainly play his way into the First round. Labryan Ray perhaps.

Ray's injury history puts him behind the 8 ball even with a great year.

Billingsley is too early to tell either way, but I could see him having a huge year as he becomes a primary target.

My main concern with Bills is that he is light for an NFL tight end. I think he came into Bama at 215 and is up to 230. The NFL is going to want him around 245-50. Hopefully it won't be a concern or he can put on the weight but if they are going to complain about Devonta's weight they will ding you for anything. Irv is around 240 and a little shorter and is doing well though so he might be a good comparable.

I think if he got to 240 he'd be fine.
