Between NFL teams all participating in a large scale misinformation campaign through their media contacts and the fact that GMs will fall in love with random players literally everyone else on the planet would see as a massive reach, it really is pretty much impossible to predict where guys will go. Usually the first pick or two can be predicted accurately and past that it's at best a bunch of educated guessing.

OL is all over the fricking place for this year's mock drafts.

I've seen some folks think Landon and Alex could go third. Some have them in the first. It's weird

Gil Brandt’s Hot 100

Very high on Bama players. Six in the First Round and nine in first Two rounds. Not so high on Mac Jones.

Was just about to bring this here as well but today on radio Kiper and his radio sidekick plus Rick Neuheisel were really negative on Mac . They act like every throw the last two years was wide open throws anybody can make

I mean, all these top QBs except maybe Wilson were throwing to pretty much wide open receivers. Don't try and tell me that Clemson's and Ohio State's and North Dakota State's guys can't get open against the competition they face weekly. It's a legitimate concern but a stupid criticism.

CBS - Full, 7-Round Mock

3 - 49ers - Mac Jones
6 - Dolphins - Jaylen Waddle
9 - Broncos - Patrick Surtain
12 - Eagles - Devonta Smith
26 - Browns - Christian Barmore
---
36 - Dolphins - Najee Harris
57 - Rams - Alex Leatherwood
---
79 - Raiders - Landon Dickerson
---
112 - Lions - Dylan Moses
115 - Cowboys - Deonte Brown

I'd be shocked if Dickerson lasted that long. Don't think Leatherwood is still there at 57, either.

I said a long time ago that all these NFL GM's will start playing this D-value Bama game as it gets closer to draft day.I stand by what I posted a while back that we will see 5-6 Bama players go in the first round.I think they all are playing poker face to get in position to make trades.

I just feel Based on the season we had and the way those 6 played from the SEC and through out the playoffs had to have made NFL people take notice. Both Mac, Najee and Christain all played there way into the first round after this past season.

I was just hoping Mac gets picked by either the 49ers or Falcons with good weapons or 49ers with a good OC that will fit him.But this kid really worked hard and waited for his shot in the process and I hope he goes to a good OC which will play to what he does well.

There is noway those NFL coaches were not blown away by the show Bama put on this yr.The fluidity by which Steve had this offense clicking shows how well coached this group was and how well they took to the coaching.

How is he not higher up on boards? Is it just bc he's a guard? He's a player that if you keep him motivated to be in shape he will be a pro bowler one day.

Exactly. Money won’t exactly solve motivation issues.

No, the money will make it worse. But is he just such a character concern that everyone thinks there is no way he's gonna stay motivated?

I've said for a long time that some of our guys see getting to the league and getting that big check as the finish line. There is nothing wrong with that in my mind. You bust your arse for several years in college and the reward is a life changing check. I can tell you it was that way for Dee Milliner.

I think there’s a multitude of factors. The NFL does not consider guards to be as valuable compared to other positions. Additionally, he has been suspended at least once (I believe failed drug test) and the weight issues as we have already discussed. No organization will spend a early round pick on a player with those type of concerns.
