POD: Saban & Oats speak; making the case for King Mwikuta
quote:

BOL staffers Charlie Potter and Travis Reier jumpstart your Wednesday with, among other things, some discussion about the outside linebacker position at Alabama.

Specifically, the guys focus on the candidacy of King Mwikuta, a sophomore who saw action in 10 games a season ago. Along with a handful of returnees and a quartet of mega-talented newcomers, Mwikuta will attempt to fill the void created by departures by Anfernee Jennings and Terrell Lewis.

Charlie and Travis cover that and a whole lot more on the latest edition of Daybreak. For the latest edition of Daybreak and the rest of the entries to the Built By BamaOnLine Podcast library, click here.

Is Mwikuta elite? I mean I don't remember much when we were recruiting him. I guess I kind of wrote him off in favor of our five star freshmen coming in.

Has anyone heard about what happens to your tickets if they cancel the season?

We have already paid our Tide Pride donation, but I was just going to purchase my tickets for this fall even though they have extended the deadline.

Do we know if they will refund the ticket money if the season is cancelled? Anybody know?

Nothing official but I have read they will not refund.

I hope they will but there are a lot of expenses involved with the stadium renovation.

Perhaps they'll just provide a credit to use next year?

I've already concluded that the donation is non refundable. I'm ok with that, because it is a donation.

But I'm not paying thousands of dollars for tickets I won't be able to use.

If they decide to apply this year's tickets to next year, I'm ok with that too.

I just emailed the Tide Pride office about whether or not they would refund ticket payments if season is cancelled.

They are working from their homes but told me.... "If football season were to be delayed or cancelled, we would be refunding Tide Pride and ticket payments. That is what we are in the process of doing for our baseball and softball season ticket holders."

He also said the heart of the program was ripped out when Scott Cochran left, which we all know is bullshite. Getting tired of Herbstreit.
