Myles Brennan and Coach E have a tough act to follow.

Burrow was special in that he could handle intense pressure from those empty sets and make good decisions. There are very few college QB's who can do that.

Brennan could be great, but that offense benefited so much from slipping the running back to the flats as a conflict for the defense. Any falloff from the o-line or susceptibility to pressure from Brennan and that offense loses one of its main elements to attack defenses.

Joe Burrow was a system quarterback from what Joe Brady brought from the New Orleans Saints

I am surprised Sean Peyton's playbook didn't more credit this season for some of the success LSU had in the passing game.

Burrow was one sharp cookie. He hurt some folks with his feet both planned and on the fly. There were two QB draws vs Clemson that were so well timed. Salute too whomever made those calls.

Todd Monken to UGA as playcaller. Dude runs a very impressive offense, did great work with Fitzpatrick and Winston as the Tampa Bay OC. Kirby has finally accepted he needs to embrace the spread.

It didnt hurt that CEH is the perfect back for the system being a great receiver out of the backfield. They caught voodoo in a bottle this year.

He has helped produce a lot of interception machines over the last few years (Winston, Fitzpatrick, Mayfield). Hopefully he can bring those same intangibles to UGA QB room.

Utter nonsense.

Those passing concepts are not some secret code that no one knows how to break. It's just a space- and matchup-oriented NFL passing attack. Many teams are doing that stuff around both the college and NFL game. LSU just had a great QB (accurate inside the play and excellent when the play breaks down, running to create opportunities downfield) and great WRs doing it this year.

That's like calling Tom Brady when he had Randy Moss a "system QB". It's ridiculous.

I thought Lashley might be able to slide in at RT. He had been second string the last two seasons out of camp. I guess not.

I guess Lashley doesnt think he can beat out Neal for the starting RT job and wants to transfer asap so he can go through spring camp with where he transfers to. It shouldn't take long for a team to snatch him up. For example, Oregon lost 4 starting OL. Best wishes for Scott !!

I'm surprised Monken settled for a OC gig in college. H3ll, the Baylor job would've been perfect for him. He'll be in Athens two years tops.

I think the consensus around here is Neal to RT, Dickerson to LG, Dalcourt to C. Pretty solid OL if you ask me.
