I'll believe it when I see Najee say it, or it's January 21 and he has not declared. Not getting my hopes up after the whole Tua/Ruggs roller-coaster.

Don't want to lose the baker as his hands, physicality and route ability is something we have needed.
We wasted a Cam Sims Types before and Hopefully Shavers adds that this year.
But Holden also will be that type and he's already in the fold. But Baker is gonna be like Lil Ridgley who went to UGA.

Well, to be fair, he is a message board insider - so...

CB and star is going to have some good battles this spring/summer. We have some bodies there and have recruited really well there.

If we could apply this same principle to our defense, it would be nice.
You make a system fit your personnel.

Gonna be interesting to see what Yawyaw does with these coaching vacancies. He isn't really going to help carry the water on either side of the ball from a strategic or tactical standpoint so he has to nail his coordinator hires. He inherited Aranda and before Brady he hired Canada and promoted Ensminger, so I'd be a little nervous if I were one of the corndogs.

I mean, dude's a moron, but he's seen what works, is foaming at the mouth thinking he's created a real power, and is probably gonna get to offer a lot to his potential coordinators, so I'd bet he's gonna aim sky high and, in all likelihood, get some guys that at least look like OK hires. Don't think it'll be more Canada, Ensminger, etc.-level guys.

Corey Raymond. Not to denigrate Corey Raymond but Louisiana produces a load of SEC caliber DBs. LSU typically gets first dibs but as far as recruiting goes DB coach at LSU might be the easiest position coach to recruit for on that staff.

LSU has great talent on their roster every year. JMO but what we (Bama Fans or any other SEC fans) don't want to happen is for LSU to sign a talented QB from outside the state of Loseranna! Can you feel me? We need them to have home grown QB's.

Time to bring up the same old topic:
Are we to the point that we can safely say Pete Golding isn’t going anywhere?

Nope. Won't be shocked if Orgeron hires Golding as LSUs next DC.
