I have a newfound respect for Rickey Smiley. He's a 100% class act and his advice is excellent for anyone, regardless of age, color, or creed. I can't oversell what an impressive man and mentor he's become. I never would have thought the conversation would've focused on removing earrings, how to shake a hand, proper table manners, and hand-written thank you cards - but that's what Smiley talked about. Impressive.
