Ewing probably wouldn't have been drafted, much less a HOF member of the dream team had he played for Avery Johnson...lol

Did I mention Jr dribbles a lot?

Agree again but we are talking legends here. Patrick Ewings don't grow on trees and when one does come out they tend to go to Duke or Kansas or Kentucky or even get paid to play for LSU. What we really need is a coach. Avery showed what he could do with a lottery pick last year.

Cool looks like a shitty 18-15 season with multiple awful losses as well as 6-7 games where we don't show up and play asleep.

Cool fvckin beans

18-15 seems sort of optimistic for that roster.

We need a true center that can shoot, block shots and hit free throws

Lmao this is idiotic. We just need a underneath big who can rebound and not try to block every shot. Also the players arent the problem its Avery and he needs to be let go. The mistakes they make in games are because of how they practice.

So you hate all those other guys but not Petty and Giddens? They are both hot garbage. Pure, unadulterated trash.

I think we are going to be pretty good next year. Lewis Jr with some muscle is going to be a great player. He reminds me of a pre injury Derrick Rose. If we can put some shooters around him and properly space the floor an sec championship isn't out of the question.

Why do you expect this to happen? I'm not being an a-hole, it's a serious question. Every player in the last 10 years has left the program looking the exact same as when they got here.

I mean, Retin Obasahan became a top level SEC performer after being redshirted freshman year for not being good enough (he's said as much in interviews).

He reminds you of the #1 pick, NBA Rookie of the Year, MVP and 3 times All-star?

What does that have to do with players putting on muscle? He improved his skills but physically, he looked the exact same as he did when he got to Tuscaloosa

Hopefully we get someone that can play point guard, and let Kira play the 2 guard more next year. He did wear down physically and mentally late in the year.

Petty never had an offer from Kentucky. If he did, he would be playing for them.

Teague,

My understanding is that it never was a committable offer. John wanted to go Kentucky so bad... if he had received go ahead and commit, he would've picked Kentucky over Alabama... That's the word around the town.... I live in same Huntsville.

Also this article is the same as I've heard.
