As expected, took him a minute to find what works. But now he seems to be gelling.

Although I will give the caveat that these opponents post FSU may just be awful.

This. It’s easy to look good against the walking dead. I want to see what he does when shite ain’t working.

This. The SEC Blows. :(

I do like the playcalling better than Lane though. I never thought that Lane's playcalling was as stout as it should have been especially with the past two defenses.

So far I'm impressed. We've seen more of the playbook each week, and he is giving Hurts a lot of easy one read plays.

The TD pass to the TE. As soon as the MLB takes a step up with a decent throw that's a TD. If Hurts sees it, and you can see on the replay he's staring right at him.

Another play was one of Tua's throws down the sideline. Great route trees on that which pulled coverage and left a nice spot to drop a ball in.

The overthrow on the first series. Great design, had Ridley running open man to man.

It's nothing fancy, but so damn effective.

because he doesn't have throw away plays trying to set something up in the 4th quarter. His objective is to score on every drive and be as efficient as possible.

I guess we'll see when we face an actual challenge. So far it's just been a matter of getting out of our own way which he's done a nice job of.

As someone else alluded to, Kiffin would always try to get too cute instead of just pounding the opponent into submission.

Jalen had two touchdown passes last night and neither were to a wr. That's what I love about Daboll.

He overall management off the offensive unit is NFL like. We don't screw up, we don't EVER look like we aren't sure what is going on, we don't have 3 series in a row where I look around wondering WTF happened.

And, in the last 2 weeks, he's clearly figured out our guys and what they can do and do best, and he's exploited the shite out of it. We literally could have scored 60+ points in 4 straight games. That's incredible regardless of who you are playing.

I like him much more than Kiffin. More likely to pound the rock. Heck he has like 5 super bowl rings

You know I feel like we've also really cut down on some things like false starts.

Less false starts, zero delay of games (we never even come close to one). It's truly impressive. He must be an incredibly good teacher.

I absolutely love this offense. As I've said before, Kiffin was effective (usually), but I hated that offense.

Daboll and the offense seems to be really coming together. Obviously, the weak competition makes it look better, but Vandy was supposed to be respectable on defense.

And, wait for it... Jalen is playing well. Daboll seems to be slowly increasing Jalen's responsibilities as a QB. By the end of the year, this offense could be unstoppable.

The SEC this year though... ugh. A team could still rise up and challenge Bama, or even beat them. But, right now, it looks like we'll stroll into the SEC championship game basically untested. I don't really like that.

He's really started to open it up the last few weeks.

The first few weeks looked very vanilla, like last year, but the last few weeks they seem to be cutting Hurts loose more in the passing game.

I think it's one reason our offense is so much more dangerous now.

This was my take as well. It was hard to argue with the #'s Kiffin's offenses produced but something about it felt off.

The offense seemed to be prone to completely disappear for quarters or halves at a time.

Somehow we'd end with a bunch of yards and points but it never really felt like we were clicking with any consistency for some reason.

I think that Auburn, and UGA will give us all we can handle to finish out the season.

But besides them, yeah, not much there.

His use of TEs and RBs in the passing game gives me a semi

The guy seems to know how to utilize all of his weapons to attack the defense and keep them off balance. I know we haven't face any opponents outside of FSU that could stay on the field with us talent wise, but you have to beat the teams you play and I like the way we've dominated the past two games.
