We'll be 3rd behind Georgia for bowl pickings. A lot depends on if Georgia beats LSU.
And you won't have 500 Bama fans buy tickets from our athletic department to see us play Virginia in Miami.

Whoever and wherever it is I fully expect a flat listless performance.

Added one more to the OP.
But yep, I want none of Baylor.
Virginia has a dual threat QB who looked really good the other day too.

Yep, my expectations are really low. We don't have a good history in this position. We may have some players sit out so hopefully, maybe, the younger guys will want to show out on offense. There's not any hope for the defense.

The sample size is very small though. We are 1-2 in bowl games where there are no championship implications. One of those games was a complete domination by us, and one was the 2nd year of Saban's tenure where there were talent deficiencies at key positions against an undefeated Utah team.
The Oklahoma game was bad.
We very well could lay a stinker in the bowl game, but I think that the idea that we always play bad in non-NC/playoff bowl games is over-stated.

Whomever we play we'll need our star receivers, Najee to play & hopefully win the shootout.
Also, hopefully Mac throws no TD's to our opponent.

You may be right. It's one of those things where I'll have to see it to believe it that we can play well after losing a possible shot at a national championship.
The 2010 season when we lost to Auburn in the last game of the season we did already have 2 losses before the game so we kind of already knew our fate and were already out.

It will be interesting to see how many if any of our players take a pass on playing in a bowl and how Nick responds to such an event. This situation could blow up into a real clusterfeck.

I would love to see Bama Vs Michigan in the outback bowl.

I just want one we can win with the depleted roster we'll likely be trotting out there. Virginia would be a yawner of a draw, but at least that's a good matchup for us.

The SEC is getting at least 3 teams in the New Year's Six, maybe 4.

Won’t beat Baylor, might beat Virginia or Virginia Tech.
It’s a crapshoot to predict since we don’t know who will play. May have a large portion of our starters sitting out.

1) We don’t play well in bowl games coming off of a loss where we lost our chances to play for a title.
2) We may have A LOT of guys who will sit out.
3) Baylor would be motivated to beat Bama.

Why would we get the citrus bowl? I thought we would get Orange or Sugar? Is the Citrus a NY6?
