Alabama Softball Closes Regular Season at Home Against Ole Miss
#3/3 ALABAMA (39-7, 15-6 SEC) VS. #RV/25 OLE MISS (34-16, 12-9 SEC)
The party starts Thursday at Rhoads Stadium! No. 3 Alabama faces No. 25 Ole Miss in the final regular season series. Friday is the annual Power of Pink game and Senior Day is set for Saturday! Brickyard tickets are available on RollTide.com

So happy to see the ladies play so well. Savannah now batting .311. Probably one of the best hitting nights of the SEC season for the team. Elissa standing in the box and knocking it to the wall to win the game by mercy rule. Several players missing from the dugout tonight.

Just watched the replay - 6 players out for this series due to contact tracing. They didn’t name names but the only pitchers I remember seeing were Montana and Krystal. Based on who else I don’t remember seeing - I would guess Sarah, Jaayla, Kat, Lexi, Abby, and KJ. TV said the status of the 6 players for the SEC tournament would be assessed after this weekend.

Bama wins 11-7. Goodman ran out of gas so Fouts came in at the top of the 7th and got the final three outs. With six players out due to Covid contact tracing the team done good the first two games of this last series. Questions remain about Bama player availability for the SEC tournament.
