I'll never understand a team punting on 4th and 2 from midfield with 9 minutes left, down by 4, when you know your defense won't stop the other team.

Tannehill couldn't pass around it either.
They had 2nd and two in the forth quarter on the Ravens side of the field.
Tannehill threw two incomplete passes and they punter.
Should have let Henry get two cracks at it instead.
