You linked an 8 page article from a far left leaning website with zero summary. If someone posted a long Breitbart article where you already knew the gist of it would be defending Trump's handing of Covid-19, I seriously doubt you would read it either.

Fair enough. I rarely visit the Slate site, and didn't realize it was viewed as a "far left leaning" site, though the writer of the column does sound liberal. The column was sent to me by an anti-Trump conservative friend, and I only posted it because the writer included links to almost all of the facts he presented.
You're probably right that I wouldn't read something from Brietbart, but there are conservative outlets I would read.

No, I'm not. I voted for the guy. And you're right, he gets things done when the Swamp doesn't get in his way. But he also has a bad habit of not admitting when he doesn't know shite about a subject and relies on his own ignorance instead of the knowledge of experts. He has plenty of blind spots and needs to enlist the opinion of experts he trusts to backstop him. He also needs to STFU and GTFO off Twitter because he undermines his own credibility. Given the opposition, I'll vote for him again. But to excuse his shortcomings is to be blind. The Democrats should be embarrassed that they can't come up with better opposition than Sleepy Joe or this would be a very interesting election.

Yes I agree. But we can’t let up. Keep wearing mask and even wear them a few weeks longer than we have to just to be sure.

This is an attitude I just can't get past. You just listed out several embarrassing things about Trump, then say Democrats should be the ones embarrassed for selecting Biden.
Biden wasn't even in my top 5 choices in the Dem field, so I do get it somewhat, but not when compared to Trump.

LOL @ thinking Biden would be worse at handling the virus. All Trump has to do is delegate and GTFO the way and his approval numbers would be through the roof on his way to a landslide.

I think it would. He's handled other things logically (working across the aisle on criminal justice reform). But when his ego feels threatened, he gets emotional and undisciplined and starts blaming and firing people.
I wish his rabid supporters would understand the harm he is doing to their cause. I like America with 2 healthy, competing ideologies, but the Republican party is at major risk because of his antics. I don't want the far left to rise up and run roughshod. America needs balance and he's hurting his own team.

What you don't understand is most conservatives despise the Republican Party. They are just as bad as the Dems. That is why Trump got elected in the first place. If you don't believe The Deep State, you are being foolish. They all lie, steal, and cheat. They cover for each other. That's why they never get convicted with any major crimes.
