Kentucky and UCLA now jumping in on KL. UCLA doesn't worry me due to distance. UK otoh is a team to worry about since UK is 1 of his dream teams since his middle school days.

Myreon Jones isn't a SEC guard. At a generous listing of 6'3/6'4, he doesn't look long enough to be a 5* SG but he isn't even close to being a SEC ready PG. He is a dismal shooter and isn't an elite finisher around the rim either
As for production, By "5*" standards, he was a huge disappointment at the Nike EYBL circuit + his year at Lincoln Academy has been anything but dominant for a 5* G.
I said it earlier when he got brought up, both here + AU boards, Myreon Jones is a classic 247 Jerry bump for exposure. He had one great tournament that Jerry Meyer happened to be at, he hasn't done anything since

247 has him at #100 now, which is still generous
I don't doubt he has the tools to develop into a top midmajor player, but he isn't even close to being a surefire P5 caliber recruit

I'm hoping we can get Watford and Lewis, feel good abt them both due to Kira's family having Bama ties and herb Jones is really close with the Watfords from what I understand

It helps that Herbert Jones ( he doesn't like to be called Herb) is having a good season and the way Bama uses him... Love it.

Nice game for him to visit for. He's a very tall guard with a good handle. He needs to get stronger, and he kind of shoots from his chest.

Brandon Boston. He's a 2020 recruit from Atlanta we just offered.
