LSU hammering Arkansas right now. If this holds up, this will be their third loss in four games.

I doubt they play this poorly om Saturday, so I hope the team is ready for a battle. Don't wanma have a hangover after beating UK by 20.

Alabama’s Jordan Bruner is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with a meniscus injury suffered last night, coach Nate Oats tells me.

Herb Jones (hand) is Day to day.

Like SOG said, that's honestly the best case scenario. It just sucks because when everything finally starts to click, we get two significant injuries.

I hope this doesn't screw with Herb's offensive game this year either.

KAH and Gary are the ones that will have to grow up fast. They both need to grow a pair and step up big. Nate has been a wizard to get a contribution from Reese but you have to figure that’s about maxed out at current levels.

4-6 weeks is absolutely better than anything I was anticipating last night

I wouldn't mind seeing Darius Miles pick up a few minutes. I know he's not a "big", but a 6'6"-6'7" guy that has some decent ball handling skills wouldn't be the worst thing in the world in certain situations.

Yeah, I feared an ACL with Bruner, and some kind of maimed hand with Herb.

Obviously, this sucks, but it's realistically about the best we could have hoped for from how both looked.

If he keeps taking all those mid range pull ups he's never gonna pick up minutes other than garbage time.

I like KAH a little better I think. Obviously Oats prefers Gary but I think KAH has a little more offensive skill whereas Gary is stronger and more seasoned.

I was bracing for Bruner’s torn ACL and Herb’s finger amputation. I’m ecstatic about the news today.

I’m so sick of hearing “ohhhh John petty, he’s a top notch shooter...when he gets hot, watch out!”
Bullshiit. He gets hot once every 20 games.

He’s actually a terrible shooter that just gets hot once a month.

Nimari Burnett hitting the transfer market. Seems like he really doesn’t like the fit at Texas Tech, and we are definitely the polar opposite and were likely his 2nd option out of HS.

If this guy chose to attend Alabama, could he play immediately (this season) or would he have to wait until next season? Also, once a player is in the transfer portal, can they be recruited, or is that a no no?
