Brain fart. I was thinking about Justin Pride. I still think we will be ok if we don't sign him. Has Coleman gotten any taller?

How good is he, and why is he going to AU? First I have heard of the guy.

William Lee? Is that the pf that Grant wants to keep secret?
Posted on 6/25/12 at 4:30 pm to Bryant91092
That's not a well kept secret at all

There is also a good SF out of Hazel Green

There's been one article written about him by rivals, none by an Alabama writer, yet Lee visited our campus for many games the past couple of years. I'd say it was a damn good secret that kept Lee flying under the radar until now.

Is that Frankie Sullivan's(barn)younger brother?
Posted on 6/25/12 at 4:43 pm to Tide or Die87
The kid from Hazel Green. I can't think of his name, but I think his older brother plays basketball at the barn. Did Hazel Green play Carver in the 6A final?

I guess he is? His name is Lewis Sullivan but I never put two and two together.

Lewis Sullivan 6'6 SF Team Stat 2014
Just as he did on his previous trip to play ball in Atlanta, Sullivan separated himself with his sheer athleticism and the ability to impact the game all over the floor. Some think he is just a finisher, but the young forward proved he can set teammates up with his penetration and he also calmed teammates down and initiated the offense after rebounding and walking the ball up. His brother Frankie Sullivan played at Auburn.

One thing I hate about Alabama and thats the basketball coverage. Greg did great when he was with the original tidesports. I mean he had film and everything

I'll take that as all are Bama locks.

Grant needs to start selling the Jack/PG/PF/Center position. Then Kentucky would be looking over their shoulder in fear.

quote:
Rashawn Powell (Orlando, Fla./Dr. Phillips) 2013, PG, 6-1, 166 pounds Powell excels on the break and can make plays off the dribble with his ability to break down the defense with his excellent command of the ball. He can get in the lane where he can knock down floaters, not to mention midrange jumpers and 3s. Powell can also make a positive play with the clock winding down. Powell mentioned offers from Memphis, Virginia Tech, Central Florida, Cincinnati, Murray State and Virginia.
Hes the only one we have expressed interest in as far as I know. Haven't offered him yet. He is a backup plan if we don't get Barber or Sina

In the 247 article on Sullivan, he states that we are the slight leader over AU because of how we play defense. On phone so can't copy the article.
